You make the entie quilt by sewing straight rows, there are no on-point settings, no diagonal rows, no setting triangles. After you have the entire quilt sewn together in straight rows you cut it apart (2 cuts) and then reassemble. That creates the on-point settings and the setting triangles. It is a very attractive quilt before cutting, so it takes nerve to make those cuts. Fun though. There are only 3 simple blocks in the entire quilt.
