I am very familiar with this organization and actually stood on the land where the camp is when it was a dream of papa chuck and Debbie! This organization helps children that look forward to this camp every year. It's the bright spot in their life. God bless you and the teams that will be helping at the camp. This quilt is truly a work from your heart. Thanks for all you are doing....Dianna
Diana, thank you for your comments. Debbie is here in Camarillo at the moment with a Discipleship Summit we are hosting with 11 Romanian pastors. As they were all sharing with us Sunday night, several of them spoke of "Pappa Chuck" I have never met him but I sure have heard a lot of great things about him! It has been fun visiting with the pastors when I have been able to. I will get to go to the pier in Ventura with them on Saturday afternoon and then again at the dinner/auction Saturday evening. Sunday they will come to church and then my husband will drive with them to LAX for them to fly back home.
I hope to someday be able to make it out to the camp. My husband really would like to go again.

Love the "reason" for this quilt and also love the quilt itself! The quilting is wonderful too! I think if one changed the fabrics to red and green colors with a gold star, it would make a great Christmas quilt. Very nice! Hope it raises a lot of money.
