    Default Cottage Quilt

Tried earlier to post. If this is a duplicate, my apologies. Made this last winter. Was going to be used at the lake, but found it didn't look good there. Very tedious but easy quilt made from the "Miss Rosie's Quilts" original book. Almost didn't make the piano key borders or the teeny-tiny little corner stones. I hand quilted and yes, that's a water bed you're looking at!

What a beautiful quilt. Aren't you glad that you took the time to do those tedious teeny-tiny corner stones and boarder? I can't believe that you hand quilted it! Wow!

I happen to think it is perfect in the Cottage! Sometimes a mix of style is pleasing ... creating one little haven within another. The quilt is beautiful wherever you display and use it.

I think it's a beautiful quilt, and love all the soft colors--I have a hard time believing it wouldn't look good anywhere.
