Default Couch quilts for my in laws

Last week I was finally able to give my fil and mil the quilts I finished awhile back. The fabrics are all the same I just wanted one totbe more masculine and one feminine. I think I succeeded. . So here is "life in the fast lane" a cozy quilt pattern and "Sunburst Dresden" Jenny Doan tutorial.

Always love Dresdens and yours are great. The star in the center is a great touch.

Both are beautiful and a good example of using the same fabric with different designs. You have two totally unique quilts.

Great idea, to use the same fabrics but different patterns. They both look wonderful! Your in-laws should love them.

Really like your quilts. I think you did a great job of coordinating 'masculine' and 'feminine' into quilts meant to be used together. Great job!

Perfect guy quilt and love that pattern. Your MIL should be forever grateful for the gorgeous Dresden you created for her. If not, I will send my addy to you.
