A couple latest finishes after long absence
the toddler quilt is my son's quilt. Now that he's a year and a half it's finally done! gotta get started on the next one as soon as they tell me gender so it's done by spring. It is machine pieced and hand quilted. He knows it's his so no one is allowed to touch haha! Not even mommy!! The focus fabric is a baby bear print because my husband's nickname is bear. Every other square center and the middle appliqued square shows the bear fabric. I hand quilted each square and border with a contrasting color in my blue, yellow, green and brown color scheme. The other project is my Autumn seminole patchwork table runner i believe i pieced while still preggers with my first....so 2autumn seasons ago. But finally finished something for me! Also machine pieced and hand quilted with a touch of buttons because i love buttons! No to attmpt o finish hand sein the binding on the Christmas wall hanging for my mother in law today....thanks for looking.

Very nice, and congrats on the new baby ! Doesn't it make you feel so good that your little boy loves his quilt so much 
My sons are grown now but this made me remember one of my sons that hated it when I washed his "night-night" he called it . I remember seeing him reaching up and holding onto it while it dried on the line outside while he sucked his finger LOL , wish I had , had a camera back then to have gotten a picture .....
