    I love this quilt. Your story is so funny, I know it was not funny at the time but you can look back on it now and laugh. You should write that story out and laminate it or protect it somehow and keep it close to the quilt as a reminder about what happened. If would be neat if some years later down the road when someone comes across the quilt they can read how the quilt come to be.

    What a cute quilt.. I have sime of that black and white caw skin material I found while going thru and sorting my stash. I was going to get rid of it because I don.t know why I bought it in the first place. I am going to keep it and see if I can find some cow fabric to go with it. :
