    I so love this I have made 4 bright quilts for kids and I love them. Great job and I love the pattern.

    The center block is 1" (finished) and the strips are 1" (finished), also. Each log cabin block is 5" (finished). Hope this helps!

    Hi.....I just found my magazine and looked up the pattern for this quilt. I hadn't realized that it was a paper pieced pattern. Did you do the blocks by paper piecing or did you just do the the regular piecing?

    Hi Barb! I did it by paper piecing. I bought June Taylor foundation paper and took it to my local Office Depot to make copies. Any good copying machine should be able to duplicate the pattern. Just make sure you are making the copies at 100%. I made copies on regular copy paper and placed it over the one in the magazine before I started making copies on the actual foundation paper. Have fun!! I still have three rows left to finish, and I'll be all done!! It's a fun, fun, quilt!
