    Default Crazy 9 patch

I had just begun to volunteer to co-run the quilting program at my local women's shelter and this was our first BIG project for the women. They has to make a smaller quilt first to practice their skills and show they were motivated enough for a bigger quilt. I loved the pattern and sewed the top in one week and quilted/binded it the 2nd week so they could see the end result.

My nieces favourite colours are yellow and orange and I picked all the orange and yellow that was available in my area. I must admit the quilt looks better when you just pick one colour...oh well Amie liked it at least. Amnother Christmas gift.

I really like that and that's saying something because I usually do not like anything orange but that is delightful!
