    I used the same pattern--added some materials to square up the on point pattern and made a (beautiful red white & blue ---white for the background--the blocks were in reds & blues--then I made enough strips to put a border all the way around the white background.) throw for my DH ,s birthday --as he likes brite colors.
    He just loved the colors.

    how difficult is the binding to sew on with those sharp edges? Does that question even make since???

    Did you use binding on them? I made one and turned it inside out so I didn't have to bind it. Was it hard to bind the inside corners? Linda

    I have made 7 of these so far. You buy 8 fabrics 1/4 yard of each.
    Strips are cut 1 1/2 inchs. 5 strips total and sewn together must be 8 1/2 inches wide and the width of the fabric. I iron all seams open on the strip sets. Millie
