    I start with a raw wooden coat hanger (they are getting harder to get now days) and I pad them with strips of left over quilt wadding and then cover them with one piece of wadding over the previous padding. I like to make the padding quite firm and it depends on the size of the cover as to how much padded there is to do. I also make machine embroidered covers and old fashioned silk crochet covered ones as well.

    Your lovely hangers would add real beauty to the closet! They are very pretty-each of them is special. They would be fun to use. Just a special touch.

    Very pretty hangers and you are so creative. I don't think I would even want to put clothes on them-I would just hang them up to admire.
