Clear as mud? That's why you need one of Maxine's books! There's a whole section of the Board devoted to OBWs.

That is just awesome. Do you have a close up of the fabric you used. I love how this looks. And DH's legs look good too. Did't want to leave him out. Marilyn

DH is really tickled by all the comments about his legs. It took me so long to set up my camera shot that he finally just sat down - he was holding the bottom of the quilt, because the wind was pretty brisk today.

Joanne this is beautiful. I love how you got that white streak by placing those lighter hexes. It reminds me of the doggy one I made my friend a while ago - that was all shades of brown but up close it was such fun to spot the noses, tails etc... :-D
