How about a pillow case on a body pillow. Body pillows are great during pregnancy to support your expanding self.

I really dont care for it at all. The scrap book or body pillow might be the only uses I could see for it.

Not one of the favorites that you have posted. Fact, I would probably put it at the very bottom of my list. I have REALLY liked most of the ones you have shown, especially the Hoffman Christmas ones with the cardinals. Got to get them.

As for the phrase "knocked up", it doesn't carry a real positive connotation in my opinion. If someone were to refer to me as being "knocked up" when I was pregnant, I would of taken offense.
I agree. I was never "knocked up" I did however have two children.

The top two are cute but limited in use. But the third its the "wide load" that would bother me if I was pregnant. Who thinks of these fabrics with these comments????

Maybe it's the baby boomers that feel this way, I don't know, but knocked up is definitely in poor taste to me.
It sounds like something that was done TO you, instead of something you chose. Or a mistake you made.
    I'd be offended myself.
OTOH, these younger kids, like my dd's...who knows? Maybe they don't see it the same way? As a quilter, i would never choose it to make a gift with.
I wouldn't even want the words morning sickness on a gift to me. Don't remind me!!! :-D

That is exactly what I was thinking! I guess I didn't mind so much the 'knocked up', but the phrase 'wide load' just jumped out at me. When I was pregnant, I sure didn't need to advertise wide load, it was pretty apparent just by looking at me.
