    BATmama.. I'm sure you could. One of the fun things about the D9P is that it can be put together in many different ways.. and they all look great! You won't be a newbie long.. quilting is so much fun that you find yourself absorbed in no time. D9P is a great place to start!

    Walmart carries this one, I think they also have different color backgrounds.
    I have some in pink/purple tones from Walmart...was going to make a pillowcase for my GD, but after seeing this beautiful D9P, I've gotta go back to WM and get some coordiatting pieces...!

    Hey that's my butterfly fabric. I had to use mine ona qt that was promised, If I have any of it left I'm going to make that block, even if it ends up being small qt. It's perfect Theresse
