I was given this fabric because the lady was tired of looking at it in her sewing room. Since I didn't have any paticular project going, I thought I would try out the D9P. There wasn't enough fabric to do every 9 patch the same and I even had to toss in a couple of solid block to get it to this size. (50 x 60)
The batting is all scraps from other projects and the backing is from Wal-mart. I thought I'd try the crazy backing to hide my quilting.
The quilting is FMQ on my Brother 1500S. I have done very little FMQ, but I am making progress.
Interestingly, when I washed it I expected the Color Catcher to turn red, but it came out bright green.
