Is this pieced or painted? Wow, whatever you did it is a beautiful job. Beautiful little girls, and the eyes are perfectly wonderful. Go to the head of the class!!!

It is raw edge applique and the shading is done with colored pencils. The babys' doesn't have as many features because she is fat yet and doesn't make shadows with her features. I had a lot of trouble with her eyes. She doesn't have lids that show and it's hard to cut that small a pieces of fabric and get expression in the eyes. I'm glad you like it.
