    Default Dad's work shirts

A friend wanted to make a small quilt for each of her adult kids out their dad's works shirts. He passed away a year ago, and this was one way to give a small reminder of who their dad was. I quilted 7 of them and they were all basically alike. I'm sure they will look upon this treasure with fondness for their dad.

Cute quilt and a nice momemto for his children! I like how the different values change the look of the blocks.

Precious...turned out really pretty. Love your FMQ.... I cannot imagine making 7 of these. Ugh! But for a special memory, so worth it.

I get emotional looking at things like this. What a treasure and what a wonderful service you're doing.
