    Love what you are doing. I do LOVE Darcy Ashton's designs. I did a Darling Little Dogs quilt with multiple breeds for my friend and she really likes it.

    You have done a wonderful job on the pillow. I am sure your quilt will turn out awesome, also. I love the blocks you already have.

    Thank you, all! Penny, I used regular all purpose sewing thread. I machine appliqued it using a decorative stitch, blanket stitch. I also pinned a water soluable stabilizer on the back to help me have more control and stability while machine appliqueing.
