my jane got sandwiched last nite and this morning. she's going to hang on the table with just a center pin thru all layers over nite. there are small fishing wts at about 10 places along the bottom edge of each layer.
i've gently tugged at each layer to smooth her out, and to get her to lay smooth.
then i will bast her good tomorrow or monday.

i was reading all thru the links for hand quilting. saw the board roll up method. might do that from now on. i see everyone says to be sure and use 'hand quilting' thread. sooo, will do that. might have to go shopping. have plenty of machine thread, but everything said the wt was different. wow, yrs ago when i did a couple quilts, i just used regular ole thread. and i am sure that's what my grandma used when i was a little girl. just regular ole thread.
