Nice work. Hand piecing can be a real challenge.

I'm even thinking of re-drawing the blocks to 6 inches as 4 inches is so fussy for me.
EQ has a program for dear Jane......it will change size of blocks, print,it out as pp or cut and piece.......I have the program and enlarges to 6"..... Oh, about 5 yrs ago......did about a dozen blocks, enlarged to 6", then lost interest, but with the computer help made it much easier to do

The first quilt I made was a sampler quilt..... all done by hand (queen size). It was "Pathway to the Stars" --- a JAF block of the month. I knew absolutely nothing about quilting... but wanted to learn. I remember religiously marking a 1/4" seam allowance on every piece. lol It was a challenge (for sure), but I learned so very much.

You can do this!!!! Good luck.

What you do with them is your choice. What you have is good. You might want to make just enough more to turn into a wall hanging or some such, or 4 as a mug rug.

I like what you've done and would like to see you add enough blocks for a nice little hanging! Mine took almost 3 years and I loved doing it!
Persevere, you have a wonderful start!

Remember the tortoise won the race; make something smaller for yourself or as a gift. No rules say you have to make the whole thing & you're way ahead of me because I didn't even consider making it.

    Linda your blocks look wonderful!!!

I'm 4 years in and have 88 done. Some finish it in a few months, some a few years, some never finish. Do what works for you and enjoy the learning along the way. Yours really are pretty. Please share when you decide what to do with them.

They look super nice! Maybe when you have nine sew them together and make a nice wall hanging and do some hand quilting. I think the Dear Jane quilt is beautiful but it is not my cup of tea either. I am currently doing Farm Girl Vintage by Lori Holt

    (Bee in my Bonnet) http://beeinmybonnetco.blogspot.com/...re-yeehaw.html

and that is more then enough for me and I do not think it is half as hard as a Dear Jane quilt.
