Heres the dining room ... Just a note - My sister in law made the curtains and my DH and I recovered couch and loveseat. I covered dining room chairs in same fabric and made the accent pillows!! Riversong made the table runner using leftover fabrics from upholstery fabric. Its one large room so it kinda brings it all together I think - I am soo proud of the results and thank Deb from the bottom of my heart to inspire me to clean it all up so we can enjoy it!!!
Tabletopper on clean table!!!

What a beautiful home and so nicely cleaned. I knew you could do it. I can honestly say that I have definitely been there, even though I try very hard to keep mine under control. Sometimes it is just a losing battle. Great job. I know you stood back and took a deep breath. WHEW.

OMG looks wonderful. ANd you wanted to finish it before I had surgery. WEll, you did it with 23 hours to go. You rock. Everything is so nice and tidy. Although I inspired you to clean the sewing room and stash, you have inspired me too with all you do with your health issues. We are both survivors and will continue to support each other. Congrats - it's done. HUGS♥♥
Flowers for your table. HUGS♥♥

This is really inspirational.
I realize that many people do not struggle with being a messy, but pictures do inspire those of us who struggle. :)
I am also in the middle of trying to "clean up my act" primarily by getting my sewing stuff mainly back in one room and cutting up all my scraps and getting that under control. Other things after that. I'm imagining which furniture can be relocated for use in the sewing room from other places which aren't really being used for much of anything (useful) where they are, etc.)
Your house is beautiful. I didn't see a "before" picture, but your "after" pictures are great. This is also very inspirational...
