    Originally I am from the delta region of Tennessee, this quilt makes me think of the water snakes that can kill you that used to eat the fish right off the stringer when my Dad and I fished on the river. Someday I hope to make one like it. I have no idea who quilted it or came up with the design but they sure had an imagination. I think it would be a really fun way to use up your scraps.

    very interesting :shock: I love scrappy quilts, but I'm not so sure about the snakes:)

    wow, that's a lot of snakes. i'm thinking i won't go swimming in the water anymore, though.

    no way would I be able to go to sleep under these snakes, however my grandson thinks it"cool" and would sleep under it.
