Thanks everyone. I so appreciate another set of eyes so don't hesitate to give any suggestions. I usually let it simmer for awhile to see if I still like it or something else comes to mind.

EQ is Electric Quilt, currently have version 7, and it's a design program. I tried doing a "swish" of flying geese around the center but after fighting with the program for awhile to get that perfectly around it, I gave up! :)

I have a set of a dozen thick plastic long arm circular quilting templates that I can use for making the dots.

I removed the inner points of the 4 stars.

That is quite a beautiful quilt design. I am envious of your knowledge of EQ. Would you believe I have EQ4, EQ5 and my daughter just bought me EQ7 for Christmas. I can handle the basics but have not learned to do the complicated pieces such as this quilt. I sure wish there were tutorials or a good forum maybe with ongoing lessons to master this software. I am now retired and determined to learn it this time. Keep posting pictures of your terrific designs, maybe there is hope through you inspiration.

Ooooh... I like this one. Have been thinking about the blank areas and tried the compass on the edges. Better!!

I may still play with which fabric goes where.
