I started working on this early in the year and then put it away to think about  Some of the center is done and I really like it but I was having trouble with the overall quilt design.

I've been playing in EQ for days with this, whenever I'm sitting in front of the TV, and keep going round-and-round (no pun intended). I think I may have come up with something that I like.

It may look really hard but I don't think it will be. It's all paper piecing, the arcs are just New York Beauty blocks that I removed all but the outer ring.

Since I (pretty much) decided on the design I just ordered more of the background fabric. I should have enough of the others. At least EQ7 thinks so and I've found that it usually over estimates the fabric requirements.

Fantastic design, and the fabrics are just so beautiful. What a beauty the quilt will be when you have completed it.
