Your DH did a beautiful job on the quilt, even the binding. You must be a great teacher. I'm not sure I want my DH learning the quilt business I'd have to share.
Pat yourselves on the back for the great job.

    Nicely done!

If he has any 'finish' carpentry skills he's going to be a GREAT quilter...

So cool! He is using his constructing tools to do quilts. Like his work. The patches all look uniform.
My mom and dad went to Austria and Mom bought a kit of the sound of music castle to needlepoint. She gave ti to dad and he took classes and made many pieces to be framed. He then got into rug hooking. The two of them would sit and watch tv while working on a craft.

Good Job Hubster!! That is an awesome quilt! I managed to get my Hubster to quilt once. He made the blocks, but they sit untrimmed in my sewing box where they have rested for four years. I think my attempt at assimilating my Hubs failed...congrats on your success! :)

Cool, my husband tell me when he sees me quilting "bet I can do that since I did flooring for ten yrs." He has not yet tried. Now you have a new partner to do some fabric searching and some fun quilting.
