Default DH's Lightbox in prep for doing wholecloth designs.

I am gathering all of my supplies to begin working on wholecloth quilts using Cindy Needham's Craftsy class: Machine Quilting Wholecloth Quilts.

Yesterday was our anniversary. DH spent a good part of the day creating a lightbox for me. I am so thrilled with it. I will be able to do so much with it for my quilting, embroidery, etc. I think I will keep him. Actually, I know I will keep him.

The lightbox has a removable Plexiglas top. We bought an under-the-cabinet fluorescent light.

Great light box, even greater hubby! Among other items, my hubby made me a light box as well. I'm with you..when you find a good hubby, make sure to keep him!

That is great. I use to put a workman's fluorescent light under the glass patio table. It worked for me.

Thank you. DH left a little space around one of the corners so the light cord can easily fit through. I use to use a turned upside down plastic bin with a light underneath and of course the cord made it tippy.
