    My hubby does not ask for much from me, so I try to do what he wants. Today, he looked at the quilt I am just now binding and said either of them would do for him. (that picture later).

    Yes, the beauty quilt is paper pieced. I use QuiltPro with the Mariner's Compass add-on (I own EQ, but don't like it.). Compass-like patterns are just about my favorites. I jumped in to make my first one, a wall hanging, because a friend, who was dying, said he'd always wanted one. It took 2 days!! Batiks really seam to me to bring these to life.
