Diamond Log Cabin Star.......Dunster's pattern
#1
I received Dunster's pattern in the mail on Saturday am (thank you Linda :) ) and immediately drove to the fabric shop to start auditioning fabrics. I had already picked up some beautiful batiks but needed 5 more complimentary fabrics. The quilt is for my 16yr old niece who requested "pink" as her primary color. I was so excited about making the quilt I couldn't sleep that night and finally said "to heck with it" and got up at 2:30am and started cutting fabric :) Here's what I've got done so far....... now to start with those blippity bleep "Y" seams :(
