For me, I would get it back and fix it because it would ALWAYS bother me. I can pick out mistakes in quilts quite quickly. Seems I have a critical eye. Not sure if that is good or bad.

I have caught mistakes in quilts that were in shows. In fact, there were some pictures here of quilts in a show and I saw a mistake in one of them.

You need to decide if you can leave it or not.

I see a couple of mistakes in the pattern. I would want to fix it.

It is a lovely quilt and yes I do see it. How do you feel about this is what really matters. Follow your heart.

I wouldn't have noticed it if you hadn't pointed it out.

I saw it, but I have been told that the Amish always intentionally make a mistake in their quilts to remind themselves that nothing is perfect. You could call it your "Amish mistake".
