Who cares!! They aren't going to be looking for the mistake...they are going to be loving the WHOLE QUILT!! I wouldn't worry about it. If you want to call it back and fix it, that's OK, but it's not a big deal!!

I see 3 in the upper right corner but only because you pointed it out.

I must need new glasses because I haven't picked it up. I think it's a beautiful quilt and if the error really bothers you then try and get it fixed or you'll never be happy. If you can shrug it off - then let it go.

You know the Amish make an "opps" in all their lovely quilts as only HE is perfect. I'd leave it. It's a gorgeous quilt.

    I love your thinking.

I would call or email and see if she has it mounted on the leaders ready to quilt. If not, what is the cost for her to mail it back and do you have enough time to fix it and mail it back? If too costly or she has started on it, let it go. It's a beautiful top and such a disappointment for it not to be perfect. (Hugs)

My eye spotted it right away before I read your message. I would get it back if possible and fix it. Unless you can incorporate a perfect title for the quilt to reflect this area being different than the rest of the pattern.
