Default Disappearing 4 patch - finished with your help

Remember last week when I was unsure of the sashing color? Well, the most suggested color was black. So here are the results. THANK YOU so much for your imput.

What do you think of it now? It is queen size.

I began with four 6 1/2 inch squares and when the block was finished I squared it to 11 inches. The sashing was cut at 2 1/2 inches, the corner squares are 2 1/2 inches and the borders are 2 inches (blue) and 3 inches (black). Except for the black, this quilt is made from my scraps.

I really like it. The black sashing with cornerstones is a wonderful touch.

very nice! you did a great job using up scraps & the borders/sashing/corner stones definitly pull it all together nicely.
