I think it would be cute with some red buttons or small red yoyo's in the center of each white pinwheel. It would bring out the red of the birds. Jan

have you thought of taking your crayons and coloring the white fabric. Try it on a scrap. Use three shades of the same color so you don't have to worry about it being even.

I'm sorry after all your planning and work you don't like it. I know I have a hard time working with white.
