a disappointment

Very pretty! I think once you have finished quilting it, you will then love it. Sometimes a quilt top just looks like it is missing something before it is quilted. Many times I have looked at my pieced tops wondering about them, and it is after they have been quilted that I then fall in love with them.

think of late afternoon, just before the sun starts to set. that perfect moment when the world is bathed in a hint of luscious gold. all the colors around you are more intense because of it. in that moment, everything is more beautiful and i'm filled with a feeling i can't describe.
that's the sunshine and flowers your quilt captures.

I wanted to convey sunshine and flowers. I used a 9.5 in. pinwheel to show the floral fabric off, but maybe I cut it up too much.
Let me know what you think. I value your opinions.
