    I'm just plain envious of your treasure, so YES...you do have a treasure and the fact that it was your grandmother's....awesome! Enjoy!

    Beautiful. I would suggest you take pics to an appraiser for insurance purposes. make sure they write out the price on their stationery header and sign it.
    Take pics of all attachments too.

    My husband bought me one of these at an auction. It needs a belt but I haven't looked for one yet. Pretty neat really. We had one that you had to pump the pedal growing up. Thx for sharing! Lura

    Billy, lostin51 on this board nows alot about treadle sewing machines. He also restores them and I'm sure he will be glad to answer any questions you may have.
