    That is a beautiful quilt and to think a 9year old pieced it. You did a great job inspiring and teaching him. I wish all children could have grandmother as attentive as you. The band plays for both of you.

    He should be very proud of himself! Hopefully, he is hooked. What a wonderful hobby for anyone, but especially a young one. Can't wait to see his next creation!

    Kudos to you and Justin... I hope he enjoyed his experience and you yours... It is rewarding to teach young people to be creative. My husband has a 9 yr old grandaughter who I am enjoying teaching to use a sewing machine. Quilting is a an art not to be forgotten...
