    Thank you. Now if all buggies were the same size (sigh). I haven't tried it yet on the full size, like at Kroger, but it should work great since that was what I designed it for. On the smallish ones at Family Dollar, it doesn't work as well. Maybe I can come up with some sort of mini table that fits between the buggy handle and top of basket. Hmmm... I could make some sort of sling that attaches to each that would give me a resting area for the binder. Might have to try that. It's so annoying when you can't get it to lay without sliding and you're trying to flip pages. I'll post again if I can get something worked out....

    How about doing this with the child safety strap then sitting the binder on top of it?

    Good idea! I can't remember if the smaller carts had those, but if they do, that should work. I think I'll still make some straps with velcro, for those times when I don't have child straps available. They'll tuck nicely in the back of the binder until I need them.
