Yesterday it came to me. I had an epiphany!

I complain about my working space being too small. My work space is my dining room (we eat eat at the kitchen table). My dining room table is short, and hurts my back to cut for long periods of time. My lap top is also on the table...and I'm the one who started the topic about cats on the tables....

anywhooo, I had this table upstairs in the spare room, folded and tucked away...and that's when it hit me that it would be perfect downstairs in the dining room!!!! It's perfect height for cutting and all around use (we are starting to print t-shirts too)....so I'm happy...it still needs to be cleaned up and I'm trying to decide what to cover it with so I can put my mat down, maybe move my table top ironing board to it....

The table is just over 6 Feet long, and just under 2 feet wide

please excuse my clutter...needs some organizing :)

Wahooooooo way to go. Now you can consider letting them eat in the living room and convert the whole dining area to your quilt room. LOL

Get out! This is my sewing room now.

If you need the table higher, get some bed risers. They are put under bed frames to give you more storage under the bed. They work great to raise your table.

I wanted to do that with the dining room table, but I can't find raisers for tables that have the legs in the middle. The folding table is the perfect height!!

My living room and dining room can be considered 1 room, , the back of the couch at a 90% angle with the folding table :) We also find it easier to eat in the kitchen cause all the food is right there :)

Sometimes it takes a brick up against the head to wake us up, but when it happens, watch out!
