The dresses are panels and can be found online from Fat Quarter Shop. The fabric is from Lakehouse.

What a gorgeous quilt! :thumbup: This is the second little dress quilt I have seen on the board today and they were not the same pattern. Giving me another idea for my 3yo GD is not cool when I can't finish what I already have for her. :hunf: :-( :D

LOVE, Love the quilt but you said the baby is 1. I worry that she may be able to get the buttons or roses off and chock on them????
