Give her the instructions so she can make it herself. That is all I would do.

It was so tacky of her, but if you are interested in selling, you may have just found a market. It all depends on whether you want to exploit what she has found...a market. Not exploit as in hurt the friendship, or use someone, but grow a business. Small business has to use every advantage they can. I wouldn't charge less than $30 for one of those. The Elvis generation is now retiring and getting in to sewing. Take it and run!

Absolutely not unless you choose to, with the understanding that she gives the money to you! And $20 was way too cheap

NO NO NO NO ... granted once you give someone something they are "free" to do with it as they please, but the nerve of the woman to sell it and request another ... does she think she can get more for the next one??? I wouldn't even acknowledge her request with a response!

Maybe it's just me, but that gal would NEVER, I mean NEVER get another handcrafted item from me.

You gave it to her as a gift. I wouldn't like it either if she sold it but it was hers to do with whatever. If she requests another, then I would charge or at least let her supply all the materials needed. What I don't understand is why she would even tell you she sold it..she must have known it would hurt your feelings???

How disrespectful! The gift should not have been resold. I'm not sure about the term "friend." Nope, wouldn't make any more for her until she's willing to pay for the one she sold plus any new ones.
