    Yikes :( I made a mistake similar to that once, but thankfully caught it early. It's made me very careful whenever I put together the blocks; I just slow down and doublecheck everything now.

    you know what the Amish say.....There should always be one mistake in each quilt to show that we are all humans and not perfect. I might just be making an excuse for myself but I love the out that gives me. LOL

    One technique I've recently learned HERE !! on QB, is to take a digital photo showing your layout before you stitch; look at your photo online, and the mistakes and booo boos will JUMP out at you. Find them before you sew, you will be so much more happy.

    HMM and here I was looking at it and thinking..how unique... to do that with the block.. thought there might be a few others that were like that... it has a distinct flow to it... like it was meant to be there..
