I can relate. I recently finished a maroon and white quilt for my daughter and when I laid it out for her to see, one of the corners in the snowballs was reversed, quite obvious in red and white. Luckily it was the pieced and unquilted top so I was able to repair my goof.
I love your quilt. It was definitely worth fixing.

Call me crazy but I really like it the way it is. Adds a special touch not cookie cutter style. If you change it good luck.

Oh.....yes, I hate it when that happens. It will be a fabulous quilt though when you are finished! Love your color choices!

Oh my gosh. I am with you and understand the "just want to get it done" part. It is beautiful and one you can be proud of for sure.

Been there done that, and someone else found it in a photo I sent out. It was also a log cabin, not paper pieced, just went to ripping.

Hate when that happens. However, it really creates an interesting design.

Beautiful quilt. Glad you didn't give up. Can't wait to see it quilted.

Beautiful quilt. I can see why you wanted to take out the mistake and fix it. Take your time and you will have a treasure when you're done.
