That is beautiful! Door decor as I call them are so important. When my mom was in Skilled Living I joked to her " asking if she still wanted her door decor up?" She said so sweetly and earnestly "oh yes, that's how I know where I live" Just broke my heart, I hadn't factored that living is a facility, in the skilled care unit, all the residents white doors looked exactly alike, Living with dementia you need all the help you can get. I miss my mom too.

Very pretty! WE (when I worked) made a few for the memory impaired residents. They had their own usually of things they loved or pictures of loved ones. They sometimes forget which room is theirs but when they find their wall quilt they know they are home.
