Very pretty. Love the stripe fabric you used. Looks like it has sparkles or is it just the picture? Did you just choose what blocks you wanted to do?

That is so pretty, and I used the same striped fabric in a fall table runner awhile back. I was wondering how hard is it, using the small pieces? I found a postage stamp mini quilt pattern on line. It uses 2 inch square pieces. Looks fun, and uses 40 different fabrics. Good way to use scrap pieces. Just never did anything so small. Yours is great... :)

The mini was really rather easy using the paper piecing method because I didn't have alot of little tiny pieces to be sewing together. I hadn't done any little ones like this before because I was scared that it would be hard to line up the small sizes. But with the paper piecing it gives you extra wiggle room just as long as you have the fabric covering where the line is you sew on. If you haven't tried doing paper piecing these are a great way to try it.

Thanks for all the great comments,
    Sherryl
