    Default Double Slice Layer Cake

Just finished and donated this lap quilt in the Double Slice Layer Cake pattern (Jenny Doan). I just chose a bunch of 10" squares that I thought looked good together, and made them up in this fun, easy pattern.

That looks great! I love Jenny's tutorials. She's my favorite! I even watch tutorials she does that
    I'm not crazy about.

Your quilt is very nice. It looks so warm and cozy for someone who needs to have a nice and warm quilt. I like that pattern because it is easy and quick-so important when you are working with organizations who reach out to people in need. Several of Jenny's quilt tutorials that use pre-cuts fit the situation.

I made a quilt using the double slice pattern/process and was impressed that in a morning I could finish a top! Amazing. Nice use of your odds and ends. A good pattern for a donation quilt.
