I'm with you, I love Downton Abby. My favorite! How about that ending??? Can't wait for next season. Love your quilt. You did good.

Ok, I feel better now knowing that Matthew opted out of the show. *sigh*

I watched my first episode the other night. Loved it! Your mug rug is perfect.

that is one cute idea!!! did you print out the photo yourself?
Too late! Guess there should have been a "spoiler alert" on the title of this thread. I'm still in mourning, though I knew when they had little love fest in the hospital - "Oh, I'm so in love with you, and so happy" - that something awful was going to happen. Really gonna miss Matthew. No, I hope they don't pair Branson and Rose. She's a little trollop in my opinion. But it is a possibility I guess. Great mat - I love your stairs! Did you print a picture on fabric for it? I really miss the show between seasons, but looking forward to "Call the Midwife" next month.

I cannot imagine how cool it would be to pass by a castle of any description in the course of my ordinary life, let alone this beauty. I love the show, I love the mug rug, and I hate that this family has so many tragedies. (Curse you, Julian Fellows!) They are like the British 1920's version of the Kennedys. Hope everyone saw Maggie Smith on 60 Minutes last Sunday night. She is remarkable.

I just started watching the last couple of months and love it. Watch it on my iPad we don't have TV or cable. I am hooked but hated the ending of Matthew dying when does the new season start in the fall?

Don't you hate the way this season ended? I sure did. I love the show and anything else having to do with Great Britain. I'm a real Anglophile and want nothing more than to go there some day. But I better hurry since I'm already 66.
