    the kids quilt done by lostn51, would tickle my 8 yr old grandson's fancy. he is into skulls, spiderman, etc.

    Request a QFK's and you will receive it in just a few days and the kit has all the detail instuctions.

    Thanks I signed up today...........can not wait.
    My granddaughter was born July 14th and not due till Sept 1st 7 weeks early she spent 2 weeks in NICU. Its for a great cause.
    BTW that is her in my pic and you wouldnt know it now that was was 7 weeks early, she is a chunky monkey now.

    she is a cutie, and you will have fun with th QFK's project. I talked a couple of ladies' at work into the project and also a first-cousin ordered a kit last evening.

    The completed quilts are sent off to PA and OKd before distributed to hospitals nationwide. The kits are for kids with cancer and AIDS but if you'd like to use their pattern, they offer free pattern downloads on the site.

    Hi Up North, thanks for the Downey info! I have tried to request one of their kits 8 times but after I type in my info and click on submit, it consistently tells me that action is not authorized! How frustrating!
