Did you say first FMQ quilt? I would say you have definitely got a knack for FMQ - your quilting is awesome.

Your quilt is beautiful. One of the points about the disappearing four or nine patch patterns is that you can cut them in a variety of ways and reassemble them any way you choose. Yours is very nice and your quilting is beautiful. I know the challenges of quilting a quilt in an RV. We camp a lot and I sew in ours quite a bit but quilting is difficult because the bed of the machine is not table level like at home and causes a big challenge on larger pieces.

It is beautiful. The quilting is well done. Glad you added you did this in your RV. We are leaving soon to become full time RV people, too. We are planning a year on the road.

Quilting and RVing can be challenging to start but you learn to adapt to the space you have. My counter top is most often my cutting table & ironing board. My sewing table is a folding table with a sheet of hard foam insulation with a cut out for my sewing machine to make a flat sewing surface. My stash is neatly folded and color coordinated, but in clear plastic tubs instead of cupboards. Happy travels to you!
