    Default Dragon Quilt

I bought the dragon fabric from Joann's. I fussy cut a 12 1/2" X 24 1/2" panel from the fabric. Then just kept adding borders until it reached the size I wanted. Backed it with black minkee.

Did not have a recipient in mind when making the top. But, as I was laying it out on the floor to sandwich the layers together, my youngest son walked by, stopped, said WOW! and that's for me, right? Makes you feel good when your kids like your quilts.

You did a great job. I love the colors and the dragon I can see why your son wants it.

Great quilt, and great son, a perfect match. Hopefully he will keep it forever. My husband has a quilt that his grandmother made him, a long time ago. One of the pieces of fabric is falling apart, so we have it put up. It seems like that one fabric was older than the rest she used in the quilt. I was picking up pieces every morning, until it got to be too much. I told my husband, if we didn't put it away, it would mess up the rest of the quilt.
