    I usually use the A&E from Dallas Thread. Im not a thread hog, like to have lots of colors, but my Gammill really likes this thread and I dont have to fuss with it much...

    It was a customer quilt, so I have no idea where she found it. Im not even sure who made it... Sorry Im not much help..

    Thank you!! I take a coloring page and cut it out for the outline, otherwise it would look like a baseball bat or something, then I use 505 spray - place it where I want it, stitch around it, do the inside free hand.. The background fill is all free hand. I have a Gammill Classic that I bought used 4 years ago, its a real work horse.

    As a beginning longarmer myself, I love the details. Can you please tell us how you did this. It looks like all free hand. Did you create a template for yourself for the dragonflies? What kind of Longarm do you have?

    Oh I loved the dragon quilted fly ......lol
    The beige color is unique, seems part of the fabric is panel
    I wish if u put a pic 4 the whole quilt.
