    [ATTACH=CONFIG]323614[/ATTACH][ATTACH=CONFIG]323615[/ATTACH] this is another Xmas gift --this time for my daughter in law who loves dragonflies. The backing has dragonflies of various colors. I fussy cut them to make the black triangles on the front. This star pattern was the center star in a quilt in one of quilt magazines i subscribe to. I had to design a smaller connecting block to make the colors match as the intersect. That's Hootie doing the quality control on this one. He's semi-retired now at ripe old age of 16 1/2.

    beautiful!! i love dragonflys too. just saw some drinking glasses in a catalog with them. i was good, didn't order.

    I love anything with dragonflies. Beautiful job on the quilt, and that putty is pretty cute too for 16.5.
