    Default The Dresden Blues

Just finished this quilt for my son's wedding, not until February 2013, but I like to stay ahead of the game! His fiance likes dresdens, and she likes blue, so this is what I came up with! Truly hard to believe I made this, if you had told me a couple of years ago that I'd be making something like this, I would have said you were crazy! No pattern, but did get some inspiration from the gallery of dresden quilts, only a couple were set on point! I had no idea what I was doing, the Lord was with me on this one! Thank you Jesus!

When I saw dresdan and blues, I knew I would like it, but when I saw the exceptional setting, I was just thrilled.

You very talented to make such a gorgeous quilt without a pattern. They will cherish this for a long time. Great job.
